If your frame arrives damaged, please provide a photo showing the frame and the damaged packaging. We will promptly send a replacement.

Care Instructions
To maintain your frame in the best condition, avoid touching the surface with bare hands when mounting or installing photos. Please note that the back of the frame is unfinished and unbrushed, as it is designed to rest flat against the wall.
